Muaythai is the art of 8 limbs using various techniques such as boxing, elbow strikes, knee strikes and kicks as weapons. This system provides stress relief, strength, cardio-vascular fitness, self-defence and it is extremely fun.

We teach authentic Muaythai with basic and advanced techniques. This class will provide students with the tools they need for the ring, including the complete conditioning of a fighter, even though you may never compete.

MUAYTHAI WORKOUT AND CONDITIONING

In combat sports like Muaythai, it pays to be in top condition at all times. Providing both aerobic and anaerobic workouts, dedicating 60 to 90 minutes on Muaythai training can give you 1,000 to 1,200 calories burned in one session. This explains why Muaythai is a perfect way to get rid of stubborn fat and tone your muscles while improving flexibility and having a stronger core.

Professional fighters have no choice but to train on a regular basis, perhaps five to six days a week with “two a day” sessions that would put most rugby practices to shame.

Obviously, beginners and intermediate Muaythai students will not want the intensity and drilling offered to battle-hardened combatants.
Still, there are some basic things that you can incorporate into your daily lives that will definitely make a difference.
